Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected during checkout.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx, with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check our website for specific delivery restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused
  • In the original packaging

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Kids Seating: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on seating items.
  • Playroom Furniture: Customized or assembled playroom furniture cannot be returned.

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to be processed:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days after processing.
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after processing.
